In-Office/Gardening and Virtual Individual Therapy

I am currently seeing adult clients for individual therapy sessions held in my office in the Bellevue neighborhood of Pittsburgh, or done virtually. Beginning in 2026 I will additionally have a garden space behind my office where clients can engage in horticultural therapy practice as part of individual sessions.

My sessions are typically around 55 minutes.

I accept both UPMC and Highmark commercial insurances, as well as out-of-pocket payment.
